Civiq’s design and manufacturing processes reflect our passion for the environment. Every step of the manufacturing process is as clean, green, and as sustainable as possible, keeping our environmental impact to an absolute minimum.

We focus on improving the eco-efficiency of our manufacturing systems to reduce energy, water consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions. This reduction in energy costs also reduces production costs, resulting in a WIN-WIN solution for our clients and the environment.

Ethical Leadership and Sourcing

Civiq sources materials and supplies locally where practically possible. The Aquafil range of products is Certified Austrlian Made. Civiq does not source from anyone or any organisation that uses slavery-based labour supply.

Julian

General Manager
Starting out in the factory I learned the business from the ground up - building products, training to run our machinery, and learning from day-one the importance of a healthy and safe working environment. Since then, I’ve been involved in every part of the business, from manufacturing, to finance and IT. 
I’m now focused on growing our business sustainably and building on our great successes to date.

Adrian

Product Designer
Good hydration and the problems it can solve is a topic close to my heart. In my childhood I suffered headaches. As an adult I realised that it could easily have been avoided by drinking more water. My passion to help others avoid the same issue led me to develop one of Australia’s first water bottle refilling stations – the FlexiFountain.

Rowena

Business Strategy and Development Manager
With a background in accounting, I’ve also worked as a teacher and been involved in various other charities whilst raising a family. With the belief that obstacles or setbacks are learning opportunities I love observing and contributing to the dynamics of collaborative teams as we work through challenges to successful outcomes.

Martyn

Business Development Manager
I bring technical knowledge and expertise to our team, as well as a passion for problem solving and product application streamlining. This comes off the back of 30 years’ experience in product development, engineering, production, and operations management, and sales.

Tim

Operations Manager
I make sure products are delivered on time, production is always on track, and budgets are always met. This makes me a very customer-oriented and outcomes focused manager.

Jack

Business Development Executive VIC/TAS
Jack is our Business Development Manager for Victoria & Tasmania. He has a great understanding of our products, and with a key focus on helping our customers find the right products for their projects, Jack is highly regarded by both our clients and stakeholders. When he's not working, Jack enjoys Australian Rules Football and a great coffee - two things that Melbourne does exceptionally well!

Diana

Finance Manager
Responsible for the areas of administration and finance, I support the team to deliver great products, and customer experiences. I lived and worked overseas for many years and try to bring my knowledge of the diverse ways people live their lives in different communities to my work. I am most proud of the company’s transition to an open-source ERP system, enabling us to better collaborate locally and on an international scale.

Mandy

Internal Sales Team Leader
With a contagious passion for all things Civiq, Mandy makes sure every customer feels like royalty!

When she's not leading the internal sales team, you can find her enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Evelyn

Marketing Manager
Wrangling more than copy and comma’s, I am passionate about creating relevant and moving content that inspires action for healthy, happy and sustainable living.

Marketing Coordinator
Therese is our Marketing Coordinator. Her bubbly personality is infectious and comes in handy when organising and attending tradeshows. We are so lucky to have Therese as part of our team - her organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that every event runs smoothly.
