We focus on improving the eco-efficiency of our manufacturing systems to reduce energy, water consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions. This reduction in energy costs also reduces production costs, resulting in a WIN-WIN solution for our clients and the environment.

Civiq sources materials and supplies locally where practically possible. The Aquafil range of products is Certified Australian Made. Civiq does not source from anyone or any organisation that uses slavery-based labour supply.

Julian

General Manager
Starting out in the factory I learned the business from the ground up - building products, training to run our machinery, and learning from day-one the importance of a healthy and safe working environment. Since then, I’ve been involved in every part of the business, from manufacturing, to finance and IT. 
I’m now focused on growing our business sustainably and building on our great successes to date.

Adrian

Product Designer
Good hydration and the problems it can solve is a topic close to my heart. In my childhood I suffered headaches. As an adult I realised that it could easily have been avoided by drinking more water. My passion to help others avoid the same issue led me to develop one of Australia’s first water bottle refilling stations – the FlexiFountain.

Rowena

Business Strategy and Development Manager
With a background in accounting, I’ve also worked as a teacher and been involved in various other charities whilst raising a family. With the belief that obstacles or setbacks are learning opportunities I love observing and contributing to the dynamics of collaborative teams as we work through challenges to successful outcomes.

Martyn

Business Development NSW North
Brings a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to the Civiq team, with a passion for problem-solving and streamlining product applications. Backed by 30 years of experience in product development, engineering, production, operations management, and sales, he plays a crucial role in ensuring that every project is handled with precision and efficiency. Martyn’s commitment to excellence helps our team deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in NSW's North.

Tim

Operations Manager
The driving force behind our factory team, ensuring that every product is manufactured with precision and delivered on time. Known for his customer-focused approach and results-driven mindset, Tim keeps production on track and budgets in check. When he’s not making things run smoothly at work, you’ll find Tim on a motorbike adventure with friends, always seeking the next great ride.

Our go-to expert for all things business development across Victoria, Tasmania, and international markets. With a great understanding of our products, and key focus on helping our customers find the right products for their projects. Jack is highly regarded by clients and stakeholders alike. When he's not working Jack enjoys Aussie Rules Footy, travelling, and of course great coffee!

Finance Manager
Diana is the backbone of Civiq, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From invoicing and chasing payments to refining processes and ensures everything stays on track. With years of experience working overseas, Diana brings a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to her role.

With a contagious passion for all things Civiq, Mandy makes sure every customer feels like royalty! The most senior member of our internal sales team, and always going the extra mile to help customers find the perfect solution. When she’s not delivering top-notch service, you’ll find her spending quality time with family and friends.

Marketing Specialist
The creative force behind all things marketing at Civiq and a key part of our team! Her bubbly personality keeps everyone entertained, and there’s never a dull moment when she’s around. Whether she’s planning, designing campaigns, or making trade shows a success, her organisational skills and attention to detail shine. A Disney-obsessed adventurer, she’s always planning her next trip, rocking out at concerts, or be-friending her two alpacas.
