Problem:
Berwick College, a school in Melbourne, faced a significant hydration challenge. Like many Victorian schools, their existing drinking troughs were outdated, inefficient, and unattractive. This meant students avoided it like the plague. Many taps were broken, and the overall appearance was unappealing.
Solution:
The college business manager, Ken, took action to address the issue. He upgraded the school’s drinking facilities with 8 new-school drinking water troughs. Each Hydrobank features 3 water bottle refill points and 3 drinking fountains. In total, that makes for an impressive 48 spots to refresh and refill.
Customisation:
Ken didn’t stop there. He wanted a drinking water solution to feature the school’s logo and branding. He used Civiq’s BASIX template to create a personalised design.

Did it make a difference in their water consumption?

“Extremely positive for staff, students, and parents.”
